Everything here was brand new and I had a really nice stay for one night; the location in a fairly nice area was good and unbeatable, with a supermarket and shops nearby.

34 Euros per night and close to the motorway, wifi and macdonalds next door but reaon......
I got ready for bed and pulled back the sheets and the bed sheet was soiled with one square metre of excretia a as a result of the previous occupant. I ran to reception to show the receptionist the disgusting scene. The staff were also disgusted. Apparently the cleaner had not cleaned the mess. Wait for it, the hotel mamager by phone offered to change the sheet or we could have our money back (11 pm at night after driving from Manchester that day). There were no offers of alternate rooms. Eventually the receptionist changed the matress and sheet

Helpful and friendly staff on reception. Shared showers were clean.
There was no sheet provided on one of the beds, the room was very dirty and smelled appauling. The state of the toliet in the room was disgusting. My opinion is that this is a very poor hotel which should not be trading until it cleans up its act!!

The breakfast at the restaurant was a great value, and the location was fantastic, being so close to the Autoroute in a lovely area just 1 km from Parc Floral.

The man at the reception was very kind and did his best to talk English. He changed the room from de 2nd floor into the 1st floor when he saw my partner was disabled. Very nice!
The room was very simple and the toilet had a leak.

Staff was really kind and helpful. Good price. Not so close to the downtown but the tram stop is directly in front of the hotel. Good for stay some days and visit the city at a good price
It's not easy to understand which is the hotel, their label is really small (anyway, is the building next to mcdonalds, with green lights under the roof). Not so clean

The stay was absolutely really amazing. Greatly enjoyed my 1 night stay. The room was cheap and fairly quiet with tea and put a suitcase plus bathroom and the location was magnificent. All staff were amazingly great and gave some tips about Olivet. The hotel was set 200 metres from the bus stop.

The hotel offered exellent quality for money for the short stay. It was neatly maintained, staff was polite. However, I would not advise it for the stay longer than 1-2 nights.

Functional and convenient. Breakfast simple but okay.
Room was small and third bed up near the ceiling but provided a reasonable place to spend the night. Only hand towels were provided and the shower rooms were along the corridor.
